How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Qatar typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the merchant and your area. Same-day delivery is available for select products ordered before the daily cutoff time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you can follow its status — from confirmation to preparation to delivery — from the Orders section of your account.
What if my order has items from multiple merchants?
You can add products from different merchants to a single cart. Because each merchant prepares and ships their own items, orders with multiple merchants may arrive in separate deliveries.
How do I return an item?
