By accessing or using AL JAHIS, whether through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and set by each merchant. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorized and the order confirmation is issued.

We accept cash on delivery and card payments processed securely through MyFatoorah. By placing an order with a card payment, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable amount.

We deliver across Qatar. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to merchant preparation times, location, or circumstances beyond our control. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Individual merchants may apply additional conditions disclosed on the product page.

AL JAHIS operates as a marketplace connecting independent merchants with customers. Products are listed, described, and fulfilled by the merchants themselves. While we review listings for quality and safety, each merchant is responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their products. AL JAHIS is not the manufacturer or seller of record for merchant products, except where explicitly stated.

You may not use AL JAHIS to list or purchase illegal goods, engage in fraud, infringe on intellectual property rights, or interfere with the platform's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The AL JAHIS name, logo, website, and app are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of AL JAHIS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes arising from your use of AL JAHIS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
