Shipping & Delivery
AL JAHIS delivers across Qatar, from major cities to surrounding areas.
Delivery options
Standard delivery: typically arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on the merchant and your location.
Same-day delivery: available on select products when ordered before the daily cutoff time shown at checkout.
Delivery fees
Delivery is free on orders over QAR 200. Orders below that amount have a flat delivery fee of QAR 10. Fees are calculated per merchant if your order includes items shipped separately.
Tracking your order
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real time from the Orders section of your account, from processing through to delivery.
Orders with multiple merchants
If your order includes products from more than one merchant, each merchant ships their items independently. This means your order may arrive in separate deliveries, sometimes on different days.
