We want you to be happy with every purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work on AL JAHIS.
Return window
Most items can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. Some product categories (such as perishable goods or personal care items) may not be eligible for return — this is noted on the product page.
Condition requirements
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and documentation to qualify for a return.
How to request a return
Go to Orders in your account, select the item you'd like to return, and choose a reason. The merchant will review the request and arrange pickup or drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the merchant, refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you paid cash on delivery). Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as perishable food, opened personal care products, and made-to-order goods cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
