Diclogesic Retard 100 mg contains diclofenac sodium in a prolonged-release tablet, an NSAID used to help relieve pain and inflammation in suitable doctor-directed conditions affecting joints, muscles, back, or post-injury areas. Active ingredient / formula: diclofenac sodium 100 mg prolonged-release tablet. How to use: Take exactly as prescribed. Swallow whole with water, preferably with or after food, and do not crush, chew, or split prolonged-release tablets unless the leaflet allows it. Warnings: Do not use if allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen, or other nsaids, or if you have active stomach ulcer/bleeding, severe kidney/liver/heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or are in the last trimester of pregnancy.
