For cold use, place the pack in a refrigerator or freezer for the recommended period before application. For heat use, warm the pack only by the method and for the duration specified by the manufacturer. Always wrap the pack in a clean cloth or suitable cover before applying it directly to the skin to reduce the risk of skin irritation or cold/heat injury. Apply for the recommended duration and allow the skin to return to its normal temperature between applications. Do not use the pack if it is leaking, punctured, damaged, or excessively hot or cold. Avoid applying it to broken, irritated, or damaged skin. Do not sleep while using the pack. Inspect the product before each use and clean it according to the manufacturer's care instructions.
